Teaching Assistants for CBE Courses
The CBE is hiring Teaching Assistants for the following courses offered during Spring 2023 semester.
- BUS 160 Principles of Marketing (two positions for four sections)
- BUS 105 Foundations of Management (two positions for four sections)
- BUS 211 Introduction to Innovation and Entrepreneurship (one position for two sections)
- BUS 281 Management of Information Systems (two positions for four sections)
- BUS 276 Integrated Marketing Communication, BUS 262 Consumer Behavior(one position for two courses, three groups in total)
- BUS 278 Internet Marketing (one position for two sections)
- BUS 299 Capstone: Simulation (one position for four sections)
Responsibilities:
- Assist (or mentor) the students in their project report development.
- Assist in assessing and giving feedback on the project progress reports submitted by the student groups throughout the semester.
- Assist in assessing and giving feedback on the draft project final report to be submitted by the student groups before the end of the semester.
- Assist in organizing the in-class activities and/or exercises throughout the semester. As well as assisting in assessing their outcomes, if needed.
- Perform proctoring during the midterm and final exams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/disciplinary experience; master’s degree preferred (undergraduate students are not eligible);
- Excellent knowledge of the disciplinary content;
- Fluency in English, excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Self-initiative, attentive to detail, with strong ability to multi-task.
