Staff Training: “Grants Management at AUA”

On October 24, 2024, the AUA Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) launched its grants management training series with the first session. This series is designed to cover a range of key topics, including funding programs, grant writing, and research support services.

The first session provided an overview of the grants management process at AUA, from identifying funding opportunities to project closure, and focused on the OSP’s role in supporting these processes.

As part of OSP’s commitment to strengthening research and grant-related activities, the training emphasized developing support systems for Principal Investigators (PIs) and administrative teams.
