- Basics of Horizon Europe (1 hour incl. Q&A): This session will introduce Horizon Europe, the EU’s key research funding program. It will cover main instruments, eligibility, and application processes, helping participants understand how to engage with its opportunities.
- Preparing Horizon Europe Proposals (1 hour incl. Q&A): This session will guide participants through the process of developing successful Horizon Europe proposals, covering key proposal elements, and strategies for designing competitive applications.
About the presenter: Dr. Jörg Langwaldt is a Senior Specialist at the Research Services of Tampere University, Finland, with extensive experience in research management and strategic development. He is actively involved in capacity building for research management and serves as a national delegate to ERA Action 17 and RM Roadmap Ambassador for Finland and plays a key role in shaping EU R&I policy. An awarded grant writer, he is an expert in preparing Horizon Europe Pillar 2 proposals at Tampere University.
