On April 10, 2026, the Staff Assembly hosted Samvel Kharazyan, head of the Universal Health Insurance (UHI) Fund of Armenia. During the meeting, Mr. Kharazyan presented the latest healthcare initiatives and provided an overview of the structure and key objectives of Armenia’s health insurance reforms. The discussion covered the scope of insurance coverage, the roles of public and private medical centers, and payment and reimbursement mechanisms for employees, including self-employed individuals and those engaged in private entrepreneurship.
