The conference registration fee is ‘all-inclusive’. It includes all meals, coffee breaks, conference present (the book "Stone Garden Guide: Armenia and Karabagh", paid extra copies also available), and the social program from lunch on Saturday 17 September through lunch on Tuesday 20 September. It also includes airport transfers and transportation from hotels to conference venues

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Conference Secretariat must receive notification of all cancellations
    in writing.
  2. Cancellations received on or before 30th of June 2005 will be subject to
    10% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellations received after the 1st of July 2005 inclusive will be
    subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  4. No refunds after the 30th of July 2005
  5. Note: Substitute participant from the same organization will be accepted

Please note that accommodation is reserved and charged separately through partner hotels offering AUA special rates that include breakfast and VAT
Make sure to provide us arrival/departure/accommodation details to ensure you are met at the airport, etc
