Welcome Message from the Staff Assembly Chair

Dear Colleagues,

The Staff Assembly serves as a representative and advisory body dedicated to supporting and advocating for the interests and welfare of non-faculty staff. Our mission is to ensure that staff voices are heard and that meaningful communication exists between staff and the University administration.

The Staff Assembly works to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment by strengthening communication, encouraging staff engagement in University life, and supporting initiatives that enhance the professional and personal experience of our staff members. Through open dialogue and collective participation, we strive to foster a strong sense of community across all units of the University.

We are committed to transparency and to keeping staff informed about our activities, discussions, and recommendations. Your ideas, feedback, and participation are essential to the success of the Staff Assembly, and we encourage you to stay engaged and share your perspectives.
