Approval Forms

Effective October 15, 2012, all faculty and staff are required to fill out these forms when initiating any research, grant proposal and/or service contract.  Please refer to the specific guidelines below:

Proposal Review

This form, including all the signatures required, must accompany all applications for external funding. This form facilitates the internal evaluation and processing of proposals, ensures consistency with AUA academic and research policies, and clarifies our obligations to external sponsors. One copy of the completed application, accompanied by the budget and either a hard or electronic copy of this form, must be submitted to the Secretariat of the executive offices at least five business days prior to the hard deadline of the sponsoring agency.

Contract Review and Approval

This form, including all the signatures required, must accompany all service contracts recommended for University senior management approval. Either a hard or electronic copy of the completed form must be submitted to the Secretariat of the executive offices at least five business days prior to the starting date of the contract.
